To address these challenges, we integrated their marketing campaigns and booking calendar seamlessly. Now, when a patient books an appointment via the calendar, the status is automatically updated on the leads board, preventing duplicate contacts.

During clinic visits, patient scans and orders are synced with the database, generating new purchase orders for production. The order then progresses through various stages until the final product reaches the customer.

The primary challenge is ensuring these integrations work flawlessly, allowing for smooth and efficient workflows.

By adopting monday.com, 3D Fotteknik discovered it had much broader applications than initially anticipated. Integrating monday.com across the business helped them streamline their processes and improve visibility and communication.

When a patient books an appointment via their calendar, the status is automatically updated on the leads board, preventing duplicate contacts. During clinic visits, patient scans and orders are synced with the database, generating new purchase orders for production. The order then progresses through various stages until the final product reaches the customer.

Additionally, a two-way integration with WooCommerce was implemented. Now, when the order status is updated in monday.com, it directly updates inside WooCommerce, ensuring seamless coordination between sales and production.

With monday.com, 3D Fotteknik can now seamlessly integrate marketing campaigns and booking calendars, ensuring all departments are aligned and workflows are smooth. Almost everything is automated now, allowing the team to focus on more strategic tasks.
