Business blueprint
We firmly believe that designing your new system before making any decisions is crucial. That’s why we always create a detailed flowchart for your new system. We’ll go over it with you, making adjustments as needed to ensure it meets your exact requirements. This way, you’ll have a clear vision of the automations, integrations, and the time savings your new system will deliver. With our approach, you can confidently move forward, knowing exactly what to expect.
Proposal
Once the flowchart is completed and the deliverables are defined, we will design your project plan. This plan will include an estimated timeline and offer various pricing options: fixed price, hourly rate, or our common target price, depending on your preference.

Kick-off
Meet the team!
This is the first meeting where you and your team will meet with our team members from SOLO SAP, who will lead your implementation from start to finish. During this call, we will review the flowchart, discuss expectations and deliverables, and set clear expectations for the entire implementation process.

Implementation
Building your future system
In this phase, we will develop and build your new system. Depending on the project size, this can be divided into multiple phases (1, 2, 3, etc.). After each phase is built, we will review it with you and your team, allowing you to test it and get a feel for it. This is the time for adjustments.
We will repeat this process until the entire structure is built. Once the structure is complete, we will proceed with automation and integration.

Integration
Making your System work for you
Once the structure is built, it’s time to make your system work for you. We will integrate your current day-to-day tools, consolidating all your platforms into one. Our goal is to eliminate the need to switch between tabs, enabling you to work from a single platform: monday.com.
Our experienced consultants are proficient in GraphQL—one of the languages monday.com is built on. This enables us to create custom automations that are typically not possible to automate. We can integrate with almost any solution, as long as it has a public API, ensuring a seamless integration experience.

Deployment
Go-Live
After thoroughly testing all automations and integrations, we are ready to go live. We will conduct comprehensive user training for all relevant members of your team. Ensuring everyone is on board with the new system is crucial for achieving a high adoption rate and enhancing your team’s efficiency.
Additionally, we will provide video materials to help both existing team members and new hires get started quickly and effectively.

Ensuring continued success
Once your new system is live, we offer various support packages tailored to your needs, allowing you to submit tickets for any issues, questions, or new features you want built. We highly recommend a support package so we can allocate dedicated time for you each month, ensuring we’re always available despite our busy schedule with other implementations.
